Last week I did a scrap layout which I posted in my scrap blog, I liked the layout that I decided to just rework it for one of the pages of the 2009 calendars that I’m planning to give our families this Christmas. Wish me luck that I finish it on time! Here’s the layout for the calendar. Any suggestions where best to have it printed – cd calendar size?

We learned the other week that my BIL will be sent to Australia on assignment for a few months. After a quick client interview everything was a go. He’ll be flying to Melbourne at the start of the week and we’re really happy for him as he’s been wanting this for a time now. This would mean too that we’ll have family for Christmas, either we would go to him (vacation for us?!!) or he would come up to Sydney for a visit. With more trips for my BIL maybe it’s time to buy new traveling bags, a samsonite luggage perhaps? See you soon Gar!
Along with friends, we went to Palm Beach on labour day. All 3 families each had their own camera and had fun taking pictures. One of my favorites is this shot of E taken by our friend Tin.

I only discovered this series a few months ago, after reading some reviews about it and getting to see the movie trailer online. I finally decided to check it out, am starting with the audio book copy that I got my hands on and have been meaning to buy the book (hopefully I can squeeze that in on one of my errand runs). I am really getting excited with the movie coming out in November. Here’s a trailer.
Last weekend was a long weekend for us here in Sydney.
Saturday .. Transferred the rego for the car. Yes, we’re finally mobile here!
Sunday .. Had a fun afternoon at Roselle’s daughter C’s birthday party.
